This building and the adjacent Coffee Plaza building were built by a speculative development as part of the Hafencity district that has transformed a former district of docks along the Elbe river. The building has a small footprint with 100,000sf spread across 8 floors. The façade incorporates moveable and retractable exterior sun blinds.
