My work and design ethics are rooted in pragmatic but humanist and sustainable modernism. My goal is to create projects that have strong conceptual underpinnings derived from a unique approach to their programs; that interact intelligently with their site contexts and create their own sense of place; and that are based around clear planning diagrams centered on spaces for human interaction. I tend towards strong tectonics, layered and active facades, and simple palettes of materials.
