Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Master plan
Greenburgh, NY
This master plan has been approved by the town of Greenburgh for the construction of a total of 2.3m sf of research labs, offices, parking and amenities set on a 40 acre plot in Westchester. Regeneron is a very innovative company focused on cutting-edge research. They understand the importance of convergence in their work, and as such were seeking a project that included a central streetscape for both working collaboration and un-planned intellectual collissions, as well as a large landscaped space to bring together the entire workforce in Greenburgh.
