For this 2 floor, 40,000sf gut-renovation we were tasked with creating world-class research labs with adjacent office and social spaces that could act as recruiting tools for new faculty and students, be open and flexible enough to accommodate evolving fields of study, and create the opportunities for the exchange of ideas between colleagues.
